Mr. Karim has consulted for the supermarket, retail chain, store
and catalog industry for companies including Toys 'R' Us, Pathmark, Price Chopper,
Lowe's Hardware, OfficeMax, Christie's, and international organizations including
the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and the International Labour
Organisation (ILO). He is the CEO of Integrated Software. He holds undergraduate
and graduate degrees from Yale University.
MICHAEL
LYNCH Mr. Lynch is the Chief Technology Officer of Integrated Software.
As part of the management team, he has designed the core technology
strategy that led to the implementation of netVantage, Integrated
Software's premier software solution for retailers.

BODAMER Mr. Bodamer is the President of R.J. Bodamer and Associates
and has advised companies including IGA, DemandTec, Coinstar, and others. He served
as a Vice President of the Food Marketing Institute.
DICK SILVERS
Mr. Silver's experience includes: Vice President of IT for
H.E. Butt Grocery Company, an 8 billion dollar supermarket chain. CIO
of Von's Grocery Company, a 5 billion dollar company, now part of Safeway.
Vice President and CIO of Radio Shack, a 6.5 billion dollar
conglomerate.
Mr. Silvers is responsible for strategic planning at Integrated
Software. He has had the privilege of serving on the Uniform Code Council (UCC)
Board of Governors and as Chairman of the Advanced Management Information Systems
Group of the Food Marketing Institute (FMI). He is an alumni of Northwestern University.
BRUCE PERGAMENT Mr. Pergament was the founder of
Integrated Software. He has worked in the retail chain store and real estate industries.
Mr. Pergament was Senior Vice President of Administration to Pergament Home Centers,
Inc. a 40-store retail chain, generating $300 million in sales with over 3,000
employees. Mr. Pergament was responsible for all MIS, finance, marketing, and
administrative activities for the company. He received his MBA from New York University.
